All items that are bought with saudabazaar.com are covered under this protection program from buyers.
What is not covered?
- Your card has been charged twice. For same please contact your credit card company
- Items that are picked in person or delivered in person
- Items that are added later for the working of the products this can be cables, batteries, etc
- Items that are altered or repaired
- Items lost in shipping or while in transit.
- Intangible items such as services
- If the item is reported to be damage, non functional, non working, missing parts after 15 days of purchase.
Eligibility to file a claim? & Proof Required
- Proof of payment whether the payment has been made with credit card, debit card, cheque or Direct Deposit or Direct Cash Deposit (Always keep a receipt)
- You are the actual buyer of the product as it appears on Invoice, Bill etc raised from sauda E Bazaar Pvt Ltd.
- Copy of Performa Invoice or Order No or Bill issued with sauda E Bazaar Pvt Ltd or at www.saudabazaar.com.
- Claim has to be filed within 7 days of item being received by a customer
